(January 2012) - Development Industries, Inc. (DI) Becomes First Quality Management Firm to Provide QA-QC on First Social Infrastructure Building Project in the United States Under Principles of “Performance-Based Infrastructure” (PBI).
“We are very excited to be part of the Clark Construction team and to be the first Construction Management firm in the country to provide design-build Quality Management on this unique delivery method – a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) utilizing Performance-Based Infrastructure,” says Dean Maglieri, Vice President and co-founder at Development Industries, Inc.
(October 2011) - Los Angeles Unified School District, South Region High School #3 (Augustus F. Hawkins) Completed Ahead of Schedule. Congratulations to Clark Construction Group on the early completion of LAUSD South High School #3. This 231,420 sf. multi-building campus which opens in September 2012 will accommodate 2,025 students. Designed by CSDA Architects, the campus consists of classrooms, science labs, and administration buildings. Shared facilities will include performing arts classrooms, a library, multi-purpose room, two gymnasiums, food service and lunch shelter, administration support services, playfields, and surface parking – Development Industries, Inc. is proud to have been part of another successful project with the Clark Construction team!

(January 2011) - New Long Beach Court Building Project Awarded!
Development Industries, Inc. is proud to be part of the design-build winning team
selected for the design and construction of this new landmark $490 million Los Angeles Superior Court judicial facility in Long Beach, California. DI will serve as the Design and Construction
Quality Management firm providing QA/QC Services for Clark Design/Build of California. The project team consists of Meridiam Infrastructure, Long Beach Judicial Partners, Clark Construction, and
international design firm AECOM. This is the first public project in the U.S. to use an Integrated Project Delivery Method. The project is scheduled to break ground in the Spring of
2011.

(October 2010) - The LAUSD Valley Region Middle School #3 project in Sun Valley, California
has broken ground. DI is proud to be providing Construction Quality Control Services for the Clark Construction Group on this new facility, scheduled for completion in Fall of 2012. For more info, see our LAUSD Valley Region Middle School #3 page.
(September 2010) - The LAUSD East Region High School #2 (Esteban Torres) is now complete and opened its doors to 2,300 high school students.
